Clear terms for consequential decisions

1. The service

ASK DALFAST provides independent, evidence-based reviews of suppliers, counterparties and payment requests. Each engagement is limited to the scope stated before work begins. The service is decision support—not certification, insurance, legal advice, financial advice, regulatory approval or a guarantee of present or future conduct.

2. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, have lawful authority to submit it and use the service only for legitimate business-verification purposes. You remain responsible for your commercial decisions, contracts, payments, regulatory duties and any further professional advice required. Accounts and reports must not be used to impersonate ASK DALFAST, mislead another party or facilitate unlawful conduct.

3. Evidence, reports and decisions

Findings reflect evidence available at the stated retrieval dates. Public records, websites and third-party information may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Automated systems search, organise and summarise public-source evidence, then apply deterministic evidence, decision and integrity controls before automatic protected issuance. Reports distinguish confirmed evidence from unresolved, conflicting or unavailable information and may recommend proceeding, conditions, holding, stopping or obtaining more information. A recommendation does not transfer the final decision or risk to ASK DALFAST.

Issued reports, verification references and security features may not be altered, removed or presented as authentic after modification.

4. Scope, fees and delivery

The review scope, fee, expected delivery and any permitted supplier contact are presented before work is authorised. Third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Delivery timing may change when essential evidence is unavailable or a client response is required. Refund or cancellation treatment, where applicable, will be stated with the accepted scope or required by law.

5. Availability and liability boundaries

We aim to provide a careful and traceable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every fact can be independently confirmed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASK DALFAST is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or a third party’s misconduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Accounts, changes and contact

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict access needed to prevent abuse, protect evidence or comply with law.
