1. Scope and responsibility
ASK DALFAST provides independent supplier-verification and payment-decision support. This notice applies to information submitted through askdalfast.com, client accounts, verification requests, support communications and issued reports. Questions may be sent to support@askdalfast.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may receive:
- account details such as name, business email and authentication records;
- case information such as supplier identity, transaction context, documents, concerns and amount at risk;
- service communications, preferences and consent records;
- technical security information needed to protect sessions, prevent abuse and diagnose failures; and
- public or lawfully obtained evidence reviewed for a verification report.
Please submit only information you are authorised to share and that is necessary for the requested verification.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and administer accounts, scope and perform verification work, issue and authenticate reports, communicate about a case, protect the service, meet legal obligations and improve service quality. Authorised verification cases may use automated systems to search public sources, organise evidence, identify contradictions and prepare a decision draft for controlled review. Marketing emails are sent only where the recipient has made an affirmative choice and may be stopped at any time.
5. Retention and security
We retain account and case information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve an auditable decision record, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls, protected sessions, encrypted authenticator secrets and integrity controls for issued reports. No online service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible account information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask a privacy question by contacting support@askdalfast.com. Some records may need to be retained where law, security, fraud prevention or an active case requires it. We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change.
